OMG: See inside the mind blowing mansion that’s about to smash Mosman price records!

The harbourside trophy homes located in Mosman’s “golden triangle” have long claimed some of Sydney’s most expensive house sales, and with a $30 million price tag, the landmark estate known as Danieli is no exception.

The ultra-prestige residence, with its distinctive north-facing curved façade, officially hit the market last week and is expected to eclipse the $25 million that investment bank chief Andrew Pridham paid a year ago, for neighbouring mansion “Hopetoun”.

Listing agent Geoff Smith, from Ray White Lower North Shore, says the five-bedroom masterpiece that neighbours artist Ken Done’s home, is one of the finest waterfronts currently for sale in Australia.

Got a spare $30-million: All this could be yours!

“The home is the absolute pinnacle of five-star living that will appeal to a broad market,” he tells Mosman Collective.

“Set on approximately 1473sqm, the design and quality finishes are world class – and the view has to be seen to be believed.”

Occupying two separate titles, the vast home is one of only four on Rosherville Rd with its own boat shed and slipway, offering direct access to Chinamans Beach.

Other features include a designer Gaggenau kitchen, a three-car showroom garage, palatial master bedroom and jaw dropping views from five bathrooms.

There’s also a stunning gymnasium, luxe cinema, infinity pool, self-contained staff/guest quarters – plus a huge wine cellar.

With its numerous living areas and award-winning gardens, Mr. Smith says he has already received enquiries from interested buyers in Australia and overseas.

Pricefinder records show the Rosherville Rd home was purchased in 2004 for $11 million, by Louise Fussell, wife of UK private equity investor Thomas Fussell, who created computer software company Fast Search in 1997.

It was sold to Microsoft for $1.2 billion in 2008.

Mind blowing views PLUS an infinity pool. Are you ready for a dip?

“It’s the perfect place for children, dogs and family,” Mrs. Fussell says, “we have lived here for 15 years and it’s a real wrench to leave.

“It’s a fantastic house with all the features, but above all it’s just a wonderful family home.”
