Crime Watch: Mosman woman downs five seltzers, four red wines, and two gins before driving home.

Police have charged a 24-year-old Mosman woman with mid-range drink driving after she was pulled over on Middle Head Road.
At about 12:55 am on Monday, 14 November, officers stopped a white Hyundai for a breath test.
The female driver returned a positive roadside result and was taken to Chatswood Police Station, where she told officers she had consumed five seltzers, four red wines and two gins before getting behind the wheel.
Yep, that’ll do it.
The female returned a mid-range reading of 0.106 grams of alcohol in her breath. Her licence was suspended on the spot; she will face Manly Local Court in December.
Fists Fly over Fast Food Delivery
A Delivery driver has been assaulted while working in Cremorne.
Police tell Mosman Collective the man stopped on Langley Avenue at 7:18pm on Sunday 13 November to complete a delivery.
“As soon as he pulled his vehicle over, an unknown male approached the vehicle with his fist raised,” a spokesperson says.
“The male approached the driver and allegedly punched him several times through the open window.”
Police have been told the chaotic scene caused several residents to exit their houses and investigate, with some of them rushing to the Delivery driver’s aid.
The offender then legged it towards Parraween Street.
The male is described as Caucasian appearance, approximately 182cm tall, with a muscular build, short dark hair wearing a black t-shirt, black and grey shorts, long white socks, and black and white shoes.
Police are asking anyone that may have seen the assault, know anything about the assault or have any CCTV/dashcam of the male to please contact North Shore Police on 9414 8499.
Police dogs make North Sydney drug bust.
A 26-year-old man will face Manly Local Court after allegedly being found in possession of prohibited drugs.
On the 13 October, police accompanied by drug detection dogs were conducting an operation at a North Sydney pub, targeting the possession and supply of prohibited drugs.
“Patrons are also subject to a “pat down” search from security prior to entering the premises,” police said, “and at 4:05 pm a man was searched by Security, who located a clear resealable bag filled in his back pocket.”
Police allege the bag contained a number of caps, with the man telling them they contained MDMA.
He was issued a court attendance notice for the office of Possess Prohibited Drug and refused entry to the venue.
$12,500 bottle of wine lifted from Liquor Store.
Police are investigating after a $12,500 bottle of wine was stolen from a liquor store in Lane Cove.
A male and a female associate entered the store at 1:00 pm on Monday 14 November and browsed the store for a period, declining staff assistance.
“When the staff were busy, the male selected the bottle of wine from a display fridge which is usually locked and placed it under a jacket, before exiting the store failing to pay for the item,” Police said.
The incident was captured on CCTV.

Low Life steals War Medals in Artarmon.
Police are investigating the theft of War Medals from a residential unit complex on Cleland Road, Artarmon.
At 7:20 am on Monday 14 November, a resident of the unit complex heard a loud commotion coming from the underground garage area and went to investigate.
“The resident noticed that two of the garages were open, including their own garage,” Police said.
“The resident confronted an unknown female looking through personal possessions and challenged the female, and she was last seen walking out onto Cleland Road.”
After the woman had left, the resident noticed that family War Medals had been taken.
Police were called and have commenced an investigation. The female is described as Caucasian appearance, approximately 40 years old, large build wearing a dark-coloured shirt.

Man throws milk at Disabled children.
A 44-year-old man has been charged with Offensive Behaviour after an incident in Chatswood CBD on Saturday night.
Police say the male was walking along Victoria Avenue, Chatswood when he became aggressive towards a group of disabled children and their carers who were alighting from a bus.
“The male is alleged to have thrown milk in the direction of the bus and its passengers,” a police spokesperson said.
A short time later, while still on Victoria Avenue, several members of the public called police stating that the same male had exposed himself while in open view of the public.
Police attended a spoke with the male. He was issued with a Court Attendance Notice for offensive behaviour and will face Hornsby Local Court on the 18 January 2023.
