Soon after, the Duchess began inviting her friends to partake in this ritual - and the concept of ‘high tea’ was born.

1. BORONIA HOUSE, MOSMAN.
Travel back in time to 1885 and enjoy a memorable high tea at the opulent and heritage-listed Boronia House. You’ll be treated to sweet and savoury delights from master pastry chef Remi Bataille.
An exotic selection of teas by T2 will have your tastebuds traveling around the world, with such offerings as Madagascan Vanilla, China Jasmine and Turkish Apple.

2. GUNNERS BARRACKS, MOSMAN.

This hidden gem on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour National Park offers private high teas for guests who have enjoyed a chocolate making party.
The opulent experience caters for ages 8 and up and is a popular option for birthdays, hens parties, and corporate days.
The high tea parties are by appointment only and cater for birthdays, hen’s parties, family events, corporate functions and children’s parties.
