Oh, Friday - you beautiful thing!

Do you agree that it's been a super busy week? The silly season seems to have kicked off a little earlier this year - and already the diary is filling up fast!

Here at Mosman Collective, you know we love a good party - and without a doubt, cocktail hour is our favourite way to kick off another jam packed weekend.

This week, our friends at The Duck are already getting into the festive spirit, with a delicious, Christmassy drink at a VERY SPECIAL price for friends of Mosman Collective!

We'll be there tonight to sample this simple and refreshing summer cocktail - made by popular barman Oli Wetzlar - that tastes even better than it looks!

STRAWBERRY MOJITO

 

INGREDIENTS:

60ml Bacardi

30ml Sugar syrup

5 x Mint leaves

3 x Lime wedges

4 x Strawberries

Soda Water

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place ingredients into a large glass and muddle (this releases the flavour) before shaking and pouring over crushed ice. Top with soda water.

The Strawberry Mojito is available at The Duck until Friday, November 24th at the special Mosman Collective price of just $10!
